TI Chat Child Safety Standards

TI Chat maintains a zero-tolerance standard for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to the TI Chat website and Android application.

Current age eligibility
The current TI Chat release is intended for adults age 18 or older. Users are required to confirm that they are at least 18 before entering the community. Dating Arena is also strictly 18+.

Prohibited child-safety conduct
TI Chat prohibits:
β€’ Child sexual abuse or exploitation.
β€’ Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including attempts to upload, request, trade, link to, or distribute it.
β€’ Grooming, sexual solicitation involving minors, sextortion, trafficking, or attempts to move a minor into sexual or exploitative contact.
β€’ Sexualization of minors or sexual role-play involving minors.
β€’ Requests for sexual images, video, audio, or other sexual content involving minors.
β€’ Attempts to evade moderation or create replacement accounts after a child-safety enforcement action.

Reporting child-safety concerns
Users can report a member from the in-app Report User control and choose the child-safety or underage concern reason. A dedicated public reporting form is also available at:

How TI Chat responds
Child-safety reports are reviewed by administrators. TI Chat may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant evidence, and take other protective action. Apparent CSAM or child sexual exploitation will be handled in accordance with applicable law and may be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), law enforcement, or another appropriate child-safety authority when required.

Privacy and reports
Child-safety reports are handled as sensitive moderation information. TI Chat limits access to administrators who need the information for review, safety, security, or legal compliance. Information may be retained when reasonably necessary for child safety, abuse prevention, evidence preservation, or legal obligations.

Emergency situations
TI Chat reporting is not an emergency service. If a child or another person is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. U.S. crisis and support resources are available at:
