Delete TI Chat Account or Specific Data

This public page works in a normal web browser even if you no longer have the Android app installed.

Sign in for immediate full deletion

If you can still access your account, sign in and return to this page. You can then permanently delete the entire account using your current password.

Request full account deletion without signing in

If you cannot sign in, submit a request for administrator verification. This helps prevent someone else from deleting your account without authorization.

Request deletion of specific data only

This option lets you ask TI Chat to remove selected information without deleting your account. The administrator will verify the request before processing it.

What these choices mean

Full account deletion removes the registered account and associated data that TI Chat can reasonably identify. Specific data deletion is a privacy request to remove selected data while leaving the account active.

Some requested data may need clarification before it can be removed. Limited security, moderation, child-safety, fraud-prevention, backup, or legal records may be retained when reasonably necessary or required by law. Conference recordings saved only on a user's own device are not stored by TI Chat and must be deleted from that device by the user.
