Your safety matters. TI Chat includes reporting, member blocking, and moderation tools to help address abuse, harassment, scams, impersonation, inappropriate content, child-safety concerns, and other problems.
Current age limit
The current TI Chat release is intended for adults age 18 or older. Users are required to confirm they are at least 18 before entering the community. Dating Arena is also 18+.
How to report a user
Open the user's profile and choose Report User. Select the closest reason and add useful details. Reports are sent privately to administrators for review. For a child-safety concern, select the child-safety/underage reason or use https://tichat.arenacity.online/report-child-safety.php.
How to block another member
Registered members can use Block Member from supported member/profile views. Blocking prevents the pair from seeing or contacting each other through supported TI Chat public messages, profiles, Dating presence, and private conversations. Blocks can be managed from Account Settings.
Child safety
TI Chat prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation, CSAM, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexual solicitation involving minors, and sexualization of minors. Published Child Safety Standards are available at https://tichat.arenacity.online/child-safety.php.
What administrators can do
Depending on the situation, administrators may dismiss a report, send a warning, temporarily block a user, ban or suspend an account, remove content, restrict features, preserve relevant records, or take other action needed to protect the service. Apparent child sexual abuse material or exploitation will be handled in accordance with applicable law and may be reported to appropriate child-safety organizations or law enforcement when required.
If someone is bothering you
Do not continue an unwanted conversation. Stop responding, leave the room or thread, use blocking or privacy controls, save relevant information when appropriate, and report the account.
Graphic personal experiences
TI Chat may allow adults to share graphic real-world material when it is relevant to a genuine experience of abuse, violence, injury, tragedy, documentation, safety, or seeking support. Gratuitous, glorifying, exploitative, threatening, or shock-oriented violent content is not permitted.
Protect your personal information
Do not post passwords, verification codes, banking information, Social Security numbers, precise home addresses, or other highly sensitive information in chat or private messages.
Online dating safety
Dating Arena is for adults 18+ only. Take time to verify who you are speaking with. Be cautious about moving immediately to another platform, sending money, sharing financial information, or meeting someone in person. For in-person meetings, choose a public place and tell someone you trust where you are going.
Scams and suspicious links
Do not enter passwords or payment information into links sent by unfamiliar users. Report suspicious requests, fake giveaways, investment schemes, romance scams, or requests for gift cards or cryptocurrency.

TI Chat is a peer community and is not an emergency service. Help and crisis resources are available at https://tichat.arenacity.online/resources.php. If you believe there is an immediate threat to someone's safety, contact appropriate local emergency services or authorities.
