By accessing or using TI Chat, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Community Guidelines.
Eligibility
The current TI Chat release is intended for adults age 18 or older. You must confirm that you are at least 18 before entering the community. Dating Arena is also limited to adults age 18 or older. Do not misrepresent your age or identity to gain access to restricted features.
Your account
You are responsible for activity performed through your account or browser session and for keeping passwords or account credentials secure. Do not share credentials in public chat or with other users.
Acceptable use
You may not use TI Chat to harass, threaten, exploit, stalk, impersonate, defraud, spam, distribute malware, evade moderation, encourage illegal activity, or post content that violates another person's rights.
No public nudity or sexually explicit content
TI Chat does not permit public sharing of nudity, pornography, sexually explicit images or videos, or content primarily intended for sexual gratification. This rule applies to public chats, profiles, Dating Arena photos, groups, forums, public uploads, and other publicly visible areas. Sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited anywhere on TI Chat.
Graphic real-world content
Because TI Chat is a support community for adults, users may share graphic real-world content when it is genuinely relevant to describing or documenting something that happened to them or another real event, including abuse, violence, injury, tragedy, safety concerns, seeking support, or awareness. Gratuitous gore, content posted mainly to shock or disturb, celebration or glorification of violence, threats, instructions to harm others, or exploitative violent content are not permitted. Administrators may remove, limit, or place restrictions on graphic material when needed for safety or compliance.
Child safety
Child sexual abuse and exploitation, CSAM, grooming, sextortion, sexual solicitation involving minors, trafficking, and sexualization of minors are prohibited. Suspected child-safety violations may be reported through TI Chat's reporting tools and may be removed, preserved, restricted, or reported to appropriate authorities or child-safety organizations when required by applicable law.
User content
You retain ownership of content you create, but you grant TI Chat permission to host, display, transmit, process, moderate, resize, or store that content as necessary to operate the service. You are responsible for having the right to upload or share the content you submit and for ensuring it follows these Terms and the Community Guidelines.
Moderation
Administrators may remove content, restrict features, issue warnings, block access, suspend or terminate accounts, or preserve records when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, investigate reports, maintain security, protect users, or comply with law.
Private messages
Private messaging is provided for user convenience. Do not use private messages for harassment, threats, fraud, illegal activity, unwanted repeated contact, sexual exploitation, or content involving minors.
Dating Arena
Dating Arena is an optional 18+ feature. Dating profile photos may not contain nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit content. TI Chat does not guarantee the identity, intentions, accuracy, safety, compatibility, or conduct of another user. Use caution when interacting with people you meet online and do not send money or sensitive information to people you do not know and trust.
Account and data deletion
Registered users can delete their account through Account Settings or the public deletion/privacy-request page at https://tichat.arenacity.online/delete-account.php. Users may also request deletion of specific data while keeping their account active. Some limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute handling as described in the Privacy Policy.
Service availability
TI Chat may change, suspend, discontinue, test, or limit features at any time. The service is provided on an as-available basis and uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, TI Chat is not responsible for user conduct, user-generated content, off-platform interactions, or losses arising from reliance on information supplied by other users.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
