You can use your username even if you originally registered without an email address.

Username-only accounts

If your account has no recovery email, TI Chat will only allow automatic recovery from the original recognized browser/device. This protects your account from someone resetting it just by knowing your username.

After you regain access, you can optionally add a recovery email under Account settings.
